It is our principal goal, as is the board’s requirement, to provide meaningful continuing education activities that will enhance the knowledge, skill and expertise of the licensee’s, within his / her chosen field of practice. PDH / CE Hours Required:
30 PDH hours biennially
Renewal deadline:
July 31, Even years
State Approval:
The Wisconsin Board of Professional Engineers does not pre-approve providers or specific courses.
Course Objective:
For all Professional Engineers, at least two (2) PDH shall be in professional conduct and ethics - Professional ethics concerns the standard of professional conduct and responsibility required of a professional engineer.
PDH / CE Carryover:
A maximum of 15 PDH may be carried forward into the next renewal period.
Online Courses:
Accepted. No limit on number of PDH that can be achieved through online; however, a minimum of 13 PDH's shall be obtained where the registrant interacts in real time.
