License renewal requirement Summary

Summary	License renewal requirement
PDH / CE Hours Required:	30 PDH hours biennially
Renewal deadline:	December 31, Biennially based on original licensure date
State Approval:	The Missouri Board For Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors and Landscape Architects does not pre-approve providers or specific courses. Course selection is determined by the engineer; however, course selection must meet the requirements of the Missouri’s Board of Professional Engineers.
Course Objective:	PDH can be technical, ethical, or managerial content based; however, they must posses an underlying objective to expand the skills and knowledge relevant to the licensee’s chosen field of practice.
PDH / CE Carryover:	A Maximum of 15 PDH may be carried forward into the next renewal period.
Online Courses:	Accepted. No limit on number of PDH that can be achieved through online continuing education.
